In a happiness, joy and optimism atmosphere, the orientation day was marked for first-level students at the School of Veterinary Medicine, Badr University in Cairo (BUC), where since the beginning of the day, students received a great reception at the gate of the School of Veterinary Medicine with the application of all precautionary, such as wearing a mask and social distancing.
The Honorable Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kamal, President of the University, welcomed the students, then the speech of the Honorable Prof. Dr. Adel Abdel Khaleq, Dean of the College. The students inquired some matters related to the college’s study system and credit hours, and they kindly responded to all inquiries.
After that, Dr. Mohamed Abdo Ibrahim, Assistant Professor of Anatomy and Embryology at the School gave a simple speech about the the vision, goal, and mission of the school, then reviewed the college credit hours system and veterinary medicine excellence programs, which are: (Food Health and Safety Excellence Program, Animal Medicine and Surgery Excellence Program, Pet. Medicine Excellence Program) and Job opportunities in each program. He kindly responded to all students’ inquiries.
